Going to the dentist normally causes anxiety and fear but I have never had that with Dr. Reynolds. He calmly addresses any issues, advises or recommends conservative therapy before big $$$ procedures, most importantly he listens to me. He has solved a bite issue that no other dentist could.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care! I could say so many good things about Dr. Reynolds and his staff, but you really just need to experience it for yourself. Make the call, it it worth it. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Reynolds has been my dentist for a very long time. I have never felt pressured to do more than what is needed and he has always been honest about what all is needed. At a time when I had a lot of work that needed to be done, he helped me prioritize so I could spread things out financially. The hygienists are wonderful and so is the office staff. Dr Reynolds dental facility is the ultimate wonderful dental experience. Great parking available right in front of the office so you can walk right in. The decor is beautiful and they have great magazines and coffee. I almost never have to wait over 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The chairs are comfortable and they have tv's in every exam room. They also have windows in the exam rooms so it isn't claustrophobic. They have state of the art equipment. The staff explains what they are doing and using so that you aren't caught off guard by anything. They offer cosmetics without being pushy. I would recommend his practice to anyone and everyone in the city of Birmingham. The location is convenient as it is very close to IH 65 near the Alford Avenue exit.

I am a new patient to Dr. Reynolds. My appointment was received without hassle or wait. The environment is extremely professional and far exceeded my expectations. The staff is warm and welcoming. The office is aesthetically appealing. I went in due to discomfort of a tooth and received a root canal without any pain or discomfort at all. The dental service was like sitting at home in the living room in your favorite comfy chair, reclining of course. With t.v. remote in hand and in my own private suite, my root canal was comfortably done in record time! X-rays were done with out having to change locations in the office. Yes, Dr. Reynolds office and staff is modern and technologically precise! I even got emails and text messages to remind me of my appointment. To top it all off, the morning after my root canal I received a personal call from Dr. Reynolds to check on how my mouth was feeling, WOW!!! #CUSTOMER SERVICE#WARMTH#BEAUTIFULRESULTS!!! You will FORGET you are at the dentist!

Dr. Reynolds is not only a very nice person, but very talented at what he does. I work as a dental temp all over Birmingham , and I see a lot of work done in other people's mouth! I was amazed at what I saw when taking care of his patients! A tooth colored filling, looks like it is part of your tooth! He is very detailed oriented and that is what makes a good dentist! It is an art! And Dr. Reynolds has it!

I always enjoy my visits to see Dr. Reynolds, Carissa and Julie. They are so nice, makes me feel comfortable every visit. Carissa, my hygienist, gives me vital feedback when she cleans my teeth. She lets me know what I'm doing right and areas that I need to give a little more attention. I appreciate it very much, hopefully it will help prevent issues down the road. I would like to take the time to thank Dr. Reynolds and his staff for giving me the smile I have always wanted. Finally getting straight teeth at the age of 61 is a real treat. It is amazing how quickly you turned my crooked teeth into straight ones. I appreciate everything Dr. Reynolds and Vanessa did to make my office visits pleasant and actually something to look forward to. Going to the dentist is not always the most fun thing to do, but your patience and gentle manor took the dread out of the appointments.

I've always hated going to the dentist. Dr. Reynolds and team helped me get over that. The mouth guard he made me to wear at night really helped with my jaw pain. He's a very disarming and kind soul. His hygienists had some tricks to help with having during the x-rays and the casting for my mouth guard.

Great. I had a crown chip and needed immediate attention. The staff got me in the very next morning and Dr. Reynolds took care of my tooth promptly with a temporary crown and went over some additional information to help prevent this from happening again. I get my new crown in 2 weeks.

After seeing Dr. Reynolds in his office on Thursday, I had to call him on Friday about the issue. He met me at his office on Saturday, after another X-ray and evaluation, he extracted a tooth and gave me aftercare instructions. Lastly, he told me if I needed him again to please call him.
Dr. Reynolds is always very accommodating and pleasant, even on weekends.

I just moved to Birmingham and didn't have a primary dentist; I was having a problem with one of my teeth and called first thing in the morning. I was able to get an appointment that afternoon. The office is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. Scheduled a cleaning and glad I have a dentist! Oh, and they have a keurig coffee maker, which sealed the deal.
